The Bid Calendar was circulated to all Clubs/ Associations and responses have already started coming in .
Last date for receiving bids is 30 June 2008. The Bid Evaluation Committee will screen bids and allott events to competent organisers.
The Bid calendar , terms and conditions alonwith explanatory notes is attatched for information please.
